Level 1 (Kindergarten – 8th Grade)

This level introduces foundational swimming skills with an emphasis on body control, floating, and propulsion. Swimmers begin arm movements for Freestyle and Backstroke.
Focus:
Independent front and back floats
Streamline glides from the wall
Strengthened flutter kick
Freestyle and Backstroke arm drills
Jump-in and self-return to wall
Basic water safety awareness
Level 2 (Kindergarten – 8th Grade)
Ratio: 1:6
Swimmers work toward full-body coordination and improve form. This level introduces Breaststroke and Butterfly kicks and refines side breathing.
Focus:
Freestyle with side breathing
Backstroke rhythm and refinement
Intro to Breaststroke and Butterfly kicks
Streamline position and body alignment
Flip turn drills and somersaults
Short distance endurance sets
Level 3 (Kindergarten – 8th Grade)
Ratio: 1:6
Advanced stroke development across all four strokes. Swimmers learn full arm/kick coordination, breathing timing, and improved starts and turns.
Focus:
Complete Freestyle and Backstroke technique
Breaststroke pull/kick/breath coordination
Butterfly arm movement with dolphin kick
Flip turns and open turns
Basic racing dives
Stroke-specific technique and pacing drills
Team Swim Prep (Kindergarten – 8th Grade)
Ratio: 1:8
For swimmers preparing to join a competitive team. Focus shifts to endurance, advanced technique, interval sets, and competitive readiness.
Focus:
25–50 yards per stroke with legal technique
Interval training with pace clock awareness
Drill-based refinement for each stroke
Legal starts and turns for all strokes
Practice swim sets using team language
