What I Teach
Open Water Stroke Refinement
I teach athletes how to adjust their stroke for open water, focusing on pacing, sustainable rhythm, and sight-breathing techniques to stay on course without sacrificing efficiency. Learning to sight properly is essential—not just for direction, but for conserving energy over long distances.
Pacing & Energy Management
Knowing your speed in the water is critical for triathlon success. I help swimmers develop the tools to understand and control their pacing so they can reserve energy for the bike and run while still swimming at an effective race tempo.

I offer personalized training programs designed for your specific race goals. Outside of private lessons, I can write a full swim training schedule to complement your triathlon prep, tailored to your event distance, training load, and overall race plan.
